Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Please read our guidelines carefully:

Crystals: Due to their energetic nature and fragility, we do not accept returns on crystals. Please handle with care.

Jewelry: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 weeks of purchase, upon inspection and approval. Items must be in original condition. We cannot accept returns if the item is not defective. A receipt of purchase is required.

Clothing: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items with tags intact and no signs of wear or damage.

Edibles, Herbs, and Books: We cannot accept returns on any edible products, herbs, or books.

Open Items: No returns on opened products.

Services & Workshops/Classes: All sales are final for services, workshops, and classes.

Receipt Verification: All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. To help us locate your order in our system, we may ask for the purchaser’s name or email used at the time of purchase.
