Join us for Mistletoe & Macabre: A Gothic Holiday Market, a unique indoor holiday shopping experience inside the historic former penitentiary at Hudson Sports Complex in Warwick, NY!

We’re bringing together a curated collection of artists, makers, small businesses, mystical practitioners, and alternative vendors for a holiday market with a darker, more magical twist. From crystals and minerals to handmade art, jewelry, gothic décor, oddities, spiritual goods, and one-of-a-kind holiday gifts, we’re looking for vendors with something special to share.

• Date: Saturday, November 28, 2026

• Event Hours: 11:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Location: Hudson Sports Complex, Warwick, NY

• Venue: Historic former penitentiary

• Vendor Fee: $77 per space

🎪 Vendor Spaces

✨ Vendor Fee: $77 per space

• Each vendor space accommodates one 6-foot table.

• Vendors must bring their own table, chairs, displays, and any supplies needed for setup. Tables and chairs will not be provided by the event.

• Each additional table requires the purchase of an additional vendor space.

• Vendor spaces may not be shared between separate businesses. Each participating business must purchase its own space.

• Please purchase only the number of spaces you intend to use.

• Space assignments and placement will be determined by event organizers.

Please plan your display accordingly and ensure all items fit within your assigned space.

🖤 Who Should Apply?

FOOD VENDORS MUST EMAIL US IF INTERESTED!!! 

We welcome unique small businesses, artists, makers, and practitioners offering items or services such as:

• Handmade art, crafts, and jewelry

• Gothic, alternative, and darkly whimsical décor

• Oddities, curiosities, and unusual finds

• Witchy, spiritual, and holistic products

• Candles, incense, and ritual supplies

• Holiday gifts with a magical, unusual, or alternative twist

• Tarot readings, energy work, and other mystical services

• Other distinctive handmade or independently created products

We love vendors who bring creativity, originality, and personality to their work!

Please note: Multi-level marketing (MLM) businesses and representatives are not permitted. This includes brands such as Arbonne, Young Living, Color Street, and similar companies.

Please no AI Art.

🔮 Reader & Healer Applications

New readers and healers who have not previously been approved through Soul & Summit must complete a brief trial reading or healing session with a member of our team before acceptance.

• Please email soulandsummit.inc@gmail.com as soon as possible to schedule your trial.

• Trials must be completed with enough time before the event for the team to review your application.

• If your trial is not approved, your vendor fee will be refunded.

Your space is not confirmed until you have met the applicable approval requirements.

📋 Registration & Vendor Forms

Your vendor registration is not complete until both payment and all required forms have been received.

• Vendor forms and additional setup instructions will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

• Please ensure your email address is active and checked regularly.

• If you have not received your vendor form within 3–5 days of payment, please email soulandsummit.inc@gmail.com.

• Failure to submit required forms may affect your ability to participate.

⏰ Setup & Arrival Requirements

• Vendor load-in begins at 9:00 AM.

• All vendors must arrive no later than 10:00 AM to set up before doors open to the public.

• Vendors who arrive after 10:00 AM will not be permitted to vend, and their vendor fee will not be refunded.

• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, displays, products, and setup supplies.

• Please arrive prepared to set up promptly and have your display ready before the market opens at 11:00 AM.

👥 Vendor Assistants & Guests

Each registered vendor is entitled to one complimentary assistant.

Any additional assistants, friends, family members, or other guests accompanying a vendor must pay the applicable event admission fee. Please plan accordingly when arranging your team for the day.

💳 Payment, Refunds & Cancellations

• All vendor sales are final, nonrefundable, and nontransferable.

• Vendor spaces cannot be transferred or resold to another business.

• The only exception to the no-refund policy is for new readers or healers whose required trial is not approved by our team. In that case, the vendor fee will be refunded.

• Vendors who arrive after the required 10:00 AM arrival deadline will not be permitted to vend and will not receive a refund.

Please make sure you can attend and meet all event requirements before purchasing your space.
