Host Your Workshop at Soul & Summit

Bring your class, workshop, or gathering to our beautiful Soul & Summit space. This listing is for facilitators, educators, and creatives looking to host a workshop or private event with us and want our promotional support and brand presence. 

All bookings are subject to approval and require agreement to our Workshop Rental Terms. Please pay first and email after for available dates. Not all workshops will be approved and if not, you'll be fully refunded. 


🌙 Promoted Workshop (POS + Marketing Support)

Best for public-facing workshops where you want to reach the Soul & Summit community.

Includes:

  • POS system for ticket sales & attendance tracking

  • Inclusion in monthly & weekly event emails (week of event)

  • Listing on our website & printed event schedule

  • Display on in-store calendar

  • Full-size poster displayed in shop

  • Smaller flyers available in-store

Pricing & Terms:

  • $20 Marketing/Admin Fee (non-refundable)

  • 30% commission / 70% payout to facilitator

  • $50 deposit (applied to payout if event occurs & space is left clean)

  • Optional SMS blast: $25(email us if you'd like add this on)

  • Minimum workshop price: $55 per attendee

  • Workshop must proceed if at least 1 person registers

🗓️ Deadline: Payment and rental agreement must be submitted at least 40 days prior to event date and before monthly calendar creation.


Additional Information

  • After/Before-hours staff coverage (if needed): $30/hour
    Staff are present for liability, theft prevention, and sales only—not to assist with workshops.

  • Proof of general liability insurance is required

  • Soul & Summit must be listed as additionally insured


Important Policies (Please Read)

  • Promoted workshops cannot be canceled due to low sign-ups

  • If zero attendees are registered by 5:30pm the day before, the facilitator may cancel via email

  • Cancellations for promoted workshops must be emailed 30+ days prior to receive deposit back (if not yet promoted)

  • Failure to notify us at least 48 hours before an event may disqualify future bookings

  • Space must be left clean and orderly to receive deposit back

🌙 Promoted Workshop — Full Cost Breakdown

Upfront (paid at booking):

  • $20 marketing/admin fee (non-refundable)

  • $50 refundable deposit
    (returned if event happens and space is left clean)
    =$70 cost to host through Soul & Summit (or $20 if deposit is returned)

After the event:

  • 30% commission on total ticket sales

  • 70% payout to facilitator

Optional add-ons:

  • $25 SMS text blast (optional)

Other important financial rules:

  • Minimum ticket price: $55 per attendee

  • Event proceeds even with 1 registered attendee

  • Promoted workshops are not canceled due to low sign-ups

Agreement Acknowledgment

By purchasing this listing, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the Soul & Summit Workshop Rental Agreement, including all fees, policies, and responsibilities.

📄 Full agreement will be sent after booking and must be signed before your event is confirmed.
